Sunday

oops.....

Hi everyone! And I have an apology to make....

A few weeks ago, I signed out my blogger profile to design a friends blog, then I realised I totally forgot my login details!

Then I also saved the posts that I did make as drafts.....oops.....

There isn't much point in publishing them, because they are too many and all over the place. I know I said I would run to a "schedule" as such but everything again has gotten so busy.

I am sorry, and I hope to update this as much as I can.

Anyway, the food diary I was doing has still been going but I decided as there is too much going on I forget what I have eaten but I do stick to it, as since I have started I have felt a lot healthier as well and it has been really good for me.

I want to also post an April Favourites, because a lot has happened since the last time I posted and it would be good to share what I have used.

Thanks for reading!

Wednesday

food diary (day two)

Wednesday 8th April

For breakfast I had Weetabix and milk : It fuelled me up to around about 1 PM so I felt pretty happy.

For lunch I went out with family, but I didn't let that stop me from eating healthy, so I chose to have jacket potato with beans : I asked for this baked with no fatty oils or anything like that, which also fuelled me up for a long time. With that meal I had some diet coke.

I had some grapes and a yoghurt and then waited about 4 hours.

I had healthy Chinese style sauce on healthy potatoes cut into chips.

I then had about under a quarter of an Easter egg....which sounds bad but I have had barely any calories today.

I had a green tea for supper and that was me :)

food diary (day one)

Tuesday 7th April

I wasn't feeling 100% today, so I didn't eat much.

Green Tea and a Kiwi for brunch : I woke up a bit later than usual because I was busy the day before, so I had this as a lunch aswell. I love flavoured teas and green tea is apparently very good for aiding weight loss.

Sunday style Dinner : This is all extremely healthy which was completely free on the diet plan.
Chicken, mash potato, carrots, and gravy.
I had blackcurrant juice with it too.

For supper, I had a lemon yoghurt which counts barely anything on the plan, so I did pretty well today.

I went on two walks and went out late night cycling.

I am so happy with the way I felt after today, I have definitely felt a lot confident.

new idea

hi everyone!

I am about to change about my blog and will run it now to a slight schedule, which means I might be a bit late with posts but I will post a lot more regularly.

A new post idea has came to me.

I am starting to change my eating habits, so I can be a lot slimmer for summer. Though right now one of my main targets is to loose at least a few or more pounds for around about when I go see one of my favourite bands (5SOS) in concert, which I am so excited about!

I would like to buy a new, nice outfit for that day but I would like to make myself look nice in it.

I started a new diet plan on the 7th Of April, and I will posting about that next.

My main goal isn't to loose too much weight because the height and age I am means that I am in the correct zone for my weight but I really need to tone up in some areas again.

But I am still happy with my body but I can be happier.

I also am going to exercise a lot when I can.

Thanks so much for reading x

new layout?

Hi everyone!

I know I haven't posted in a long long time, I have been so busy and had some major issues.

But the good thing is, I have some time now to change about my blog.

I changed the header, and the layout because I wanted my blog to look more simple and not too bright pink.

And I might start a schedule, but the way things are right now might mean otherwise. The only spare time I will get is in the Easter break or in summer.

But the good thing is I will post more, there might be two posts a week, if I am not too busy.

But I still love having a blog, and no matter what happens I wont be stopping! :)

My blog is still going under some changes. But soon it will be sorted and ill be posting a lot more than usual.

Tuesday

music I like

Hi everyone!

Has anybody tried bubble tea? Please let me know what you order because I have fallen in love with bubble tea...

**

I was asked a few days ago, "What kind of music do you listen to?"

And I didn't really know what to answer it with, because I love a lot of music.

I said "It depends on my mood", which it really does, because if I am feeling low, Ill listen to something cheery, cause it lightens me up.

But I was asked for a specific song that I love, and I said "She Is, by Ben Rector".

He is such a talent guy, and you should give this song a listen, as well as "The Way I Tend To Be" by Frank Turner.

I love these two songs mostly, they remind me of summer :)

Sunday

this week

Hi again!

I haven't posted in ages, I have been so so so so busy and basically, I have no idea what way is up right now!

I have a few ideas about my next posts....

But I decided to be a little bit more serious.

This my blog, my feelings and thoughts, please respect them as I would for you :) x

I have decided to tell you about my struggle with having panic attacks, and feeling majorly insecure and in danger wherever I go most of the time.

A few times I have not even went out, and used excuses, which after a while, made me feel so bad that I could barely do anything without breaking down.

There was this one time I went out shopping, and the atmosphere, people, everything seemed overwhelming. I started shaking, sweating, and everything else. I had a breakdown as soon as I got back in the car.

As soon as I went home, I decided I needed help.

So I decided to go the doctors, and explain everything. I was so nervous before it, but now I am so glad I did.

I have counselling now, and I feel a lot better than I did, knowing I am not alone :)

But before I got help, I was too nervous too, and I was so scared of what the doctors would think of me.

I kept telling myself "They are going to think I am pathetic" or "This will waste their time"

But the reality is, it is their job.

For that reason, I suffered 3 years of bottling it all up, and I suffered from more in the first few years, but I have recovered. But I still have this feeling in my gut that whenever I go out the house, somebody somewhere is judging me.

But that is not true.

I am so proud of anyone who has any mental disorder, and still can bring themselves to go out, and do things they believe they aren't capable of doing.

I hope this post helps...

But anyway, this is probably my last post on this until requested.

Bye, thank you for reading x

Thursday

other blogs

Hey Everyone! (Again)

This post will be short and sweet. Just please check out some of my friends blogs, they are similar and very useful too!

(Others will be added to the list later!)

They will appreciate it! :)

hair, makeup, fragrances I love

Hey everyone!

This will be my first post in 2015!.....(Its scary how fast 2014 has flew in!)
This will be my first review post.

As I have been given a lot of hair salon style tools for my hair, I wanted to recommend some to you. The same goes for makeup & scents, I have tried each one and here are my reviews.

I will NEVER be someone who is forced to recommend products, I only review these because I have tried and this is my full and honest opinions!

(A lot of these products may only be available in the UK.)

 Hair Products.
Babyliss KeratinShine 2100w : (It dries very fast and leaves your hair feeling silky smooth) I have very dry hair naturally and since using this I see and feel a MASSIVE difference!

Diva - REBEL straighteners : (These leave your hair with no split ends! I love them and this is something I will recommend to everyone.)

Babyliss Curl Secret Curler (Yes, this is the one where everyone thinks your hair will get jammed in it, but if that ever was to happen, it will automatically stop so you can release your hair) This is an amazing tool and makes you get effortless curls...I recommend this for lazier people....including me! Please note this might not be suitable for longer hair.)

Revlon Hair Dryer (I cant remember the name) This is still very good, but not as good as number 1. I still recommend this one though.
Beauty Products.

(More expensive are listed below)

SOAP & GLORY "Thick & Fast Mascara In Black" **
SOAP & GLORY "Sexy MotherPucker In Charm Offensive"
Benefit "They`re Real! Mascara in Black" **
MAC "RubyWoo Lipstick"

(Cheaper products below)

MAYBELLINE "The Falsies" Mascara in Black **
Collection "Lasting Perfection" Concealer **
Collection "Lasting Perfection" Powder **
MAYBELLINE "BabyLips" Cherry Tint

** Obviously, pick the shade/colour you think you suit most. If you go for a more natural eye look, get a mascara/gel liner matching your original lash colour. I only use black for a darker look.
Also, I haven't put a certain shade for the powders, thought I would recommend the lightest concealer shade and the transparent powder as this doesn't give anymore unnatural looking colours to your face.

Fragrance Products.

BEYONCE "Heat"
One Directions "You & I"
Sweet Pea Body Mist "Bath and Body Works" **
SOAP AND GLORY "Butter Yourself Lotion"
Vivienne Westwood "Cheeky Alice"
Ralph Lauren Big Pony Collection "Number 2"

** Bath and Body Works isn't in the UK. But they do have an online store. I did trial this in America and I loved the Sweet Pea Mist!
Also, these scents are very fruity and sweet.

Thanks so much for reading, and I hope this comes in good use for any readers.
Also, please have a look at my  "Other Blogs" Post for some other bloggers.

Bye :)
